held at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel, Meriden, West Midlands, UK, on Tuesday 12 June 2012. Commencing at 14.30 (local time) to conduct the following business:

1.To consider and if thought fit adopt the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the reports of the Trustees and Auditors.
2. To re-appoint Mazars LLP Auditors and to authorise the Trustees to agree their remuneration.
